  •  Refund/Cancellation Policy: 30-day notice required.  Rent due 1st of the month to the last day of the month. Prorating not acceptable. If you have signed up for automatic withdrawal that is your responsibility to cancel. Cancellation fee of $85 without a 30-day notice. Late fee $25 if not paid within 10 days of rent due.
